South Africa - Days 1, 2 & 3

Our trip was long and I took 3,458 pictures (not really but close), so I'm going to blog about a few days at a time.

~Day 1~

Friday, December 23

ATL✈LGA, JFK✈JNB✈GRJ: Abigail's 1st flight!

...left Atlanta with LOTS of baggage...

3 checked bags, 2 carry-ons, 2 personal items and 1 umbrella stroller....oh, and 1 kid!

...sleepy Abigail before take off...

...NYC - dinner with friends...

Christmas Eve

...waking up in our hotel...

...checking in for the long flight at JFK...

Abigail looks terrified but I'm pretty sure we had not even taken off yet. And, she was so good on the flights...she didn't cry at all!

Christmas Day

...8,000 miles & 15 hours later - Johannesburg...
...enjoying breakfast at Wimpy...

...nap time before our next flight to George...

...made it to Knysna around 5:00 p.m. - South Africa time...
