Not to be confused with a play about a horse race...these are two separate events!
My niece, Sydney, recently participated in a middle school production of Annie (Jr).
She is the blond (if the huge red arrows weren't obvious).
Sydney did a great job and we look forward to seeing her on Broadway one day!
Steeplechase 2011 was this past weekend and we were invited back to the terrace boxes by our dear friend, Angela.
The weather was great, the food was delicious and the company was entertaining.
Our friend, Lisa, won the hat contest (pictured above on the right)!
There were horses...and we did wager a few dollars...however, I guess the orange and red drinks (pictured above) kept me from taking any pictures during the races!
